Registeration: To register with No Bones Quality Canine Confectionery you must be over eighteen years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on registration or at any time are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering by updating your personal details. Placing an order via post, internet, telephone or email will constitute acceptance of these terms. When using No Bones’ website, you have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Amendments: We reserve the right at all times to alter without prior notice the terms and conditions of this contract. Any failure by us to enforce any of these terms and conditions will not affect our right to enforce the rest of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law and current legislation applicable to England and Wales.
Item Description: No Bones takes great care with the descriptions and photographs of our products, the limitations of print, technology and broadcasting may mean there is a slight variation with the following exceptions: Our biscuits are handmade and therefore colour and shapes may vary with each batch. We use natural products and variations are to be expected. The style and contents of hampers, pails and gift boxes may change due to supplier limitations and seasonal requirements. We, therefore, reserve the right to amend the contents if necessary, however, we can assure you, it will still be of equivalent quality and price as the original order. Rawhide and chocolate can fluctuate in price but any orders in progress will remain unchanged.
No Bones is under a legal duty to supply goods in conformity with the contract.
Goods Out of Stock: If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via telephone or email. If your order is out of stock we will contact you with a revised despatch date, please ensure you keep your contact details correct, we cannot be held responsible for incorrect telephone numbers, despatch and email addresses.
Refunds and Returns: We want you to be happy with everything we supply however if you do need to return or refund any item then the following shall apply: you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report any damages – a credit note will be issued in this circumstance. If a refund is required the item must be returned.Goods must be in original packaging with labels still attached and unopened.
Goods must be returned within 14 working days beginning the day after receipt of the goods. Costs incurred in posting the returned item are non refundable. We will not give refunds on any items that were proved to be abused/misused/or used for any purpose other than there intended. Refunds will be authorised back to the payment card used once items have been received and inspected, please allow 14 working days. You are responsible for paying any postage to return goods to us that you have ordered and subsequently cancelled.
All items returned must be in their original packaging, unopened and hair free. When returning an item, kindly put your name, address, any reference number and reason for the return. All items should be sent back via Royal Mail Signed for this will help tracking any missing items or delayed items. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. We will refund the product price. This will not include your original postage costs nor your return costs.
Perishable Items – Longer Shelf Life: In respect of perishable items with a longer shelf life e.g. chocolate and rawhide, you have the right to cancel the contract up to the day of despatch and up to 14 working days following delivery of the goods, by notifying us by telephone or e-mail.
Perishable Items: We are proud that our biscuits are a fresh product and have no preservatives, nor additives that would extend our product’s shelf-life. Biscuits should be kept in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and any heat source.
Returns are acceptable only in the case of breakage on delivery. You must inform us within 48 hours and a credit note or replacement will be issued. We do not operate on a sale or return basis. We do not issue credit notes for items that have gone out of date, or have not been stored in the correct manner. Personalised Items will only be refunded if damaged.
Dogs are like people with varying tastes and preferences, all our biscuits are rigorously taste tested, if your dog does not like a particular flavour, then that does not mean there is anything wrong with the biscuit, another flavour may be preferred, if you would like a selection of flavours to sample, please contact us direct for price and size.
Order Confirmation: You will be notified by email as soon as we receive your order, please ensure your contact details are correct. No Bones cannot be held responsible if incorrect details are given with an order that may result in delay or non delivery of goods. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
Goods: The risk of damage to the goods passes to you, once they are delivered to the address given to No Bones
Personal Online purchases: If you want to exercise your right on returns under the provision of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2013 No 3134, you must inform us about your intention to cancel within 14 working days, this is your cooling off period. This is not applicable on personalised products. If goods are returned, No Bones will reinburse the purchaser,via the payment method used to order the goods, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Website Security: We do not pass your details to any third party nor do we sell your information, you agree that you will not, nor allow any person to violate or attempt to violate any aspect of the security of our website, nor will you in any way modify, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, copy or cause damage to any portion of our website.
Limitation of Liability: We (No Bones), our officers, partners agents or staff will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special punitive or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any errors mistakes or inaccuracies of content.
Payments: We accept Debit and Credit Card payments which are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer and we will not be liable for any non delivery or delay if a card issuer refuses to authorise payment.
No Bones shall not be liable for failure to deliver the goods or for any delay in delivery of the goods or for any damage or defect in the goods where such failure is caused or contributed to by any delays outside of No Bones’ reasonable control, including but not limited to shortages of raw materials, strikes and civil commission or acts of god, theft, water and embargo. We will endeavour to despatch goods within 3/5 working days but please note as products are hand made delays may occur subject to high demand.
If despatch is to be outside of these time scales No Bones will contact you by email or telephone to advise you of an anticipated dispatch date. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only. If an Order made is required for a special occasion, then please contact No Bones to advise us if a special date of delivery is required, in order that we can confirm that goods can indeed be dispatched in time. Please note we will not be held responsible for goods dispatched on time by No Bones but are not received due to postal delays/courier.
No Bones is not responsible for the content on any website linked to No Bones. Any websites linked to No Bones cannot imply that No Bones are endorsing any products or services other than our own; you cannot use any No Bones trade marks displayed on this website without our express written permission: any website linked to No Bones should not contain content that is distasteful, offensive or controversial or infringe any rights of any other person or otherwise does not comply with applicable laws and regulations.
We will only use the personal information you have provided to us in order to process your order and provide you with future marketing information. If you would prefer to opt out of receiving such information, then please contact us by email or write to us at No Bones’ postal address.
Deliveries: No Bones only delivers within England, Scotland and Wales If you are outside of these areas and wish to make an order then please contact No Bones direct.
Your Acceptance: You now understand and acknowledge that by completing the registration process/making an order, you are entering into an agreement with us and that you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the website/please do not order any products. If you visit the website or receive catalogues, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
Account Termination Policy: You understand and agree that we retain the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate any/all of the services without any refund under appropriate circumstances on immediate notice to you. We may terminate your access to and use of the website if, you are deemed to have breached these terms and conditions or instructions that we may issue from time to time.
All art, designs, ingredients, images and logos are the sole property of No Bones and may not be used in part or whole without prior consent.
